Teaching aims : Knowledge: The students * Know the standard procedures for collecting and analyzing medical data. Understanding: The students * understand the relationship between sample analyses and random experiments. Applying: Students * can apply the methods they have learned to isolated statistical tasks. Analyzing: Students * can analyze complex relationships using different methods. * can select suitable test procedures on the basis of error discussion. * can distinguish between plausible and implausible results. Synthesizing: Students * are able to derive statistically reliable statements from medical and experimental data. * are able to interpret and check the validity of external study results and develop suggestions for improvement.
